Practical Applications for LLMs in Industrial Automation
About the Topic:
Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI have become omnipresent in our lives, but it can be
difficult to separate fact from fiction when it comes to real-world applications of this technology.
This session will cover practical, readily available examples of LLMs and Generative AI being leveraged
in the Industrial Automation space to solve real challenges faced by automation and controls
professionals. Examples will include the FactoryTalk Design® StudioTM Copilot assistant for PLC
programming, and the International Society of Automation's own MimoSM chatbot trained on ISA standards
and content.
